Supplementary Regulations & Entry Form 2008.

This is a copy of the Supplementary Regulations. Every participant is required to obtain a copy of these regulations together with an Entry Form and, where applicable, a Parental Consent Form. It must be read together with the Entry Form, which must then be signed and returned with payment of The Entry Fee.

AN EVENT FOR SOLO AND SIDECAR MOTORCYCLES held under the National Sporting Code and Standing Enduro Regulations 2008 of the A.C.U., and these Supplementary Regulations and  any further instructions that may be issued.                                 The event is a round of the A.C.U. Enduro Sidecar  British Championship.

 START:- Will be at the Lakeside Llandrindod Wells Solo Competitors will depart in fours at 1 minute intervals
 Sidecars in pairs commencing at 08-01 Thursday and 08-01. Friday

 ROUTE:- Will be of Forestry and Farm Land and Public roads, There will be designated Fuel points on the route  which will be clearly marked from the start area. (SPEEDS IN THE FORESTRY, TO and FROM THE START, THE FUEL POINTS, To THE SPECIAL  TESTS, WILL BE A MAXIMUM OF 15MPH ) all speeds on public roads will comply with speed limits in force at that time.

SCRUTINEERING:-  Will be from  10-00am to 18-00pm on Wednesday 25th. June (CLEAN MACHINES AND CLOTHING INCLUDING BOOTS AND  HELMETS PLEASE) STRICTLY NO LATE SCRUTINEERING.

ENVIRONMENTAL MATS: - It is the responsibility of  the competitors to supply and use their own environmental mats at all service points.

WASHING  FACILITIES:- All forms of machine washing  (ie pressure washing) are banned at this event.

MACHINES. Will be parked overnight Wednesday and Thursday in the park ferme (secured and guarded) .

RTA. INSURANCE will be available at this event.

ENTRIES:-  The Opening date for entries is 1st March 2008 and should be sent to the Secretary before the closing date of the 1st June  or when entries are full. Entry Limit 450 All entries must be accompanied by 2 SAE’s Entry fee will  only be returned if the event is cancelled or Valid Doctors Certificate is  provided before the 1st June  then less £10.00 deduction for Organising costs. Competitors from other Countries within the EU must have in their possession and be able to show, a current, valid, National Licence, or similar document, endorsed by their National Federation with the European A or B stamp before been allowed to start the event.

Priority for Entries for  the following A.C.U. British Championship Classes  Sidecar  will be to the 1st June 2008

FEE’S: - Both Days Solo & Sidecars £120-00   Teams Club & Service £30-00    Trade £ 30-00     Cheques made payable to Welsh 2 Day committee, from outside the UK to be paid in CASH when signing on in either Stirling or Euro’s) 

 CLASSES:-  Solo Sportsman, Clubman, Experts, Ladies,  O40,  Sidecar Championship,  &  Clubmen.

SPECIAL TESTS:-  There will be two Special Tests per day,  test routes will not be  marked until 24hrs before the start. Location of tests will be given at the start.
 
AWARDS:-  Premier Trophy  = Best performance in each class, Runner Up Trophy = Second place in each class, Gold Medals, Silver Medals, Bronze Medals and Team Awards. Service Awards, Ladies Award.
